Fig trees are so beautiful. I was blessed to experience the luxury of being surrounded by these beautiful trees, and harvest their fresh, enrichening fruits everyday. Figs are not only very delicious as they have a very sweet taste, they are also very benefitting for our health.

You can eat figs fresh or sun dried. Figs contain a lot of fiber. They are super healthy for our blood and improve our heart health. They are very rich in vitamins and minerals !!and are not only an immunesystem booster, but also an energy boost. That’s why eating them best is in the morning. Figs are also known for improving the bone density and positive effecting to the bronches.

But this tree has something more to offer. You can make tea out of its leaves wich is said to be good for the blood too.

After all, the fig does also promote hair growth and helps the skin being moisturized.

There are many reasons why you should eat figs on a daily basis, but the best is still their taste!
