1. Garlic

Garlic is famous for beeing the natural antibiotic without having any side effects. It is anti-viral, antibacterial, against parasites, worms and anti-inflammatial. It is sais to reduce disease causing bacterira in the environment and in our food supply. People with low blood pressure might be sensitive for garlic. I personally use the raw version of garlic as it is also more effective. You can also place a slice of garlic under your feet and keep it overnight (with socks on).

2. Sage

I love sage. I oftentimes drink it as tea. Sage is known for its healing benefits and antibacterial and antifungal effects. It is often used as a natural mouth cleanser. It also improves the brain activity and has a relaxing and mind calming effect.

How to cook sage correctly as a tea?

Take two cups of water and boil it. Add one teaspoon of sageleaves and boil further 3 minutes. Then take away the water from the hot plate and leave it for 10 minutes. Then after 10 minutes take out the leaves from the water and enjoy your sage tea !

3. Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil is famous for being antiviral, antibacterial, antifunghal, anti-inflammatory properties. Tea tree oil is only for outer use! You can mix 1-2 drops of the oil and add it to your bath or mix it with a cream for treating skin issues. Please get yourself informed about the correct usage of tea tree oil.

4. Laurel leaf

I use laurel as a natural air disinfector at home. It is antiviral, antiseptic, antifunghal and antibacterial. Just burn a leaf and distribute the smoke throughout your rooms. I also like to cook with the leaves by using them like spices, but take it out before eating.

5. Iodine

The natural iodine from seaweed is antiviral, antibacterial and against parasites. Iodine is very important for every organ in your body. A long time ago, iodine was used as a natural desinfector. It is found out that the Japanese people are consuming up to 100 times more iodine than people from western countries. Please get youself informed about the iodine you use as not every is the same. Iodine salt has no benefit to the body.

6. Apple cider vinagear

Apple cider vinagear should always be carefully used in a mixture with water, wheather internal or external use. It is known as a natural antibiotic. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammantory benefits and is even used to fight mould.
You can also use it as a natural softener for your clothes. It makes your clothes not only soft but it also disinfects them.
