The holy Quran is shifa (cure) for human diseases in general. There are several quranic verses that mentioned shifa (cure) in the Quran.

“And We send down of the Qur’an that which is healing and mercy for the believers…” [Quran, 17: 82]

“O mankind, there has to come to you instruction from your Lord and healing for what is in the breasts and guidance and mercy for the believers.” [Quran, 10:57]

“And when I am ill, it is He who cures me.” [Quran, 26: 80]

Say, “It is, for those who believe guidance and cure.” And those who do not believe – in their ears is deafness, and it is upon them blindness. Those are being called from a distant place.” [Quran, 41: 44]

The Prophet ﷺ recommended to all his followers that when they are ill they should recite the Quran, blow it into their hands and then rub their hands all over their body. This would get rid of their affliction of all physical diseases.

The power of the Quran reigns supreme in healing and curing, be it physical illnesses or the illness of the soul.
Also the Prophet ﷺ used to recite the following words when visiting a sick person:

‚Allāhumma Rabba-n-Nās, aḏhibi-l-ba’s, išfi Anta-š-Šāfī! La šifā’a ila šifā’uk, šifā’an la yuġādiru saqama.‘ Bukhari (Nr. 5743)
Wich means ‚O the Lord of the people! Remove the trouble The cure is in Your Hands, and there is none except You who can remove it (the disease) .‘

Some scholars say it‘s permissible to also recite the Quran and blow into water and drink it as a cure under certain rules.

The best surahs (chapter) to read/recite/listen to for cure are Al-Fatiha, Al-Baqarah, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, An-Nas, Ar-Rahman and Ayat Al-Kursi.
