Breathing is the nearest and most important component when it comes to being alive. We are able to survive several weeks without food, divers days without water, but only few minutes without air.
As the process of breathing goes permanent automatically without being counsciously perceived, this magnificant element is often left behind when it comes to healthiness. However, we are able to not only heal ourselves by a focused breathing that is in accordance to our type, it is also the secret to ‚eternal youth‘ and to longevity.
However, there can be many things done wrong by constantly executing a false breathing-technique. On the long term, you can lead your body into a mess up and sickness. As the life of the cells and therefore the whole circulation depends on the regulation of oxigen and carbon dioxide, there is an undeniable connection between breathing and its influence on the body.
But not everybody is born by the same conditions and so the balance of O2 and Co2 varies from each type. The result is that there is a difference in almost every aspect of life i.e. nutrition, building of the body and the structure of the skin!
