Your feet will get a natural foot massage and you can feel it throughout the whole body as your organs are connected to your feet and by stimulating these reflexion points you are relaxing as it helps release blockages. As a result rebalances the energy flow in the body and you might have a better and deeper sleep at night.
The earth also charges the body with negative energy wich studies found out creates a stable internal bioelectrical environment. When you have a balanced energy field, you have a healthy body.
Sandwalking has not only a natural skin peeling for your feet, when you sink a little into the sand, your muscles will be used differently wich strengthen them.
And as it is so much fun, especially when you have a quick walk through the snow or even better after enjoying a hot sauna going outside putting the feet into the snow, there is nothing better you can try for uplifting your mood.
