I love the sauna. I enjoy the sauna like 3 times a week. It is so relaxing and cleaning for the body and the soul. The heat opens the pores of your skin and stimulate the blood circulation. Your skin is now better supplied with blood wich makes you loose old cells and renew them and because of that process you might have a younger look.

As you are not only sweating out water (which can make you loose weight) you are also detoxing your body and skin.

After the sauna make sure you have a cold shower wich cooles you down wich not only close your pores again, it also has an immensively relaxing effect! You will feel like new born.
