Body brushing is my latest skin care discovery. It works kind of like a peeling but is used on dry skin. It is the perfect mixure of wellness, body health and benefitting for your skin. First of all what is skinbrushing and how do you use it?
For skin brushing you can use a natural soft brush and you gently brush your skin. You can brush the complete body or only parts of it, but always make sure you brush in the direction to your heart. You emediately get a feeling that makes you relax as the brushing works like a massage. At the same time, it works stimulating to the lymphatic system as well as the blood system so you actually do good on your health too. But not enough it is skin renewing and also very helpful for the skin to get smooth. It is the perfect thing to do if you wanna do something good for yourself and having some healthy wellness at home!

I recommend to wash the brush after every use and would use it once or twice a week.
