Salt is so important. We use salt everyday so we should be really picky about what kind of salt we put in our food. The best salt to support the body is definately Himalayan crystal salt. It is more expensive than the usual salt but you need to take less because the taste is stronger. It has a shiny rose colour and is a pure natural salt wich is very nutritioning for the body. It contains all the 84 elements that a human cell needs.. It is beneficial for . I use no other salt.

You can also drink the salt if you mix it with spring water. If you mix it with water, it becomes a sole. For a healthy skin put some salt into the bath water or mix it in a little bottle for intimacy wash or as ingredient to make a natural scrub at home. I also use it as a facewash.

There are also salt crystal lamps for nutralizing the air. The salt crystal lamp binds the negative ions with the excess positive ions. When the lamp becomes warm, it absorbs moisture and the crystal will be damp on the surface. This builds up the ion field.
