Lately, i’ve started to make smoothies and ever since I must say I really became a huge fan of it. You can have a quick mixture of raw vegetables and fruits wich means all vitamins and minerals of the pure nature together in such an easy way. What a great profit and health support to your body! And the best thing you can mix it according to your own taste or yo ur favorite color so it is really fun. It gives you the best start into the day. and add some
